'95 Chrysler Concorde - Best Way ($) to Get Rid of It? by
Rik Brown
I've got a 1995 Chrysler Concorde that is getting to the end of its
life. The mileage isn't bad (110,000) but the repair bills are starting
to mount. Plus, it needs a paint job (with grinding down some rust, but
no rust-throughs) very badly. Maaco advised about $1,000 (mostly labor
to grind the...

'95 Cirrus heater blower problem by

I see a recent question on a similar topic of intermittent heater
blower
problems on Chrysler.
My Cirrus '95 developed this problem this year. Mileage is
about 120k
I tested the heater early in the season during a cold snap and found
that the heater blower would not change the airflow from...

'95 Eagle Vision wiper linkage by
bruce
My '95 Eagle Vision (aka Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler LHS, etc). wiper
linkage has a worn nylon socket on the arm from the motor to the
drivers wiper arm post. Does anyone know of a source for these
sockets, or the linkage arm? It looks like the socket snaps into the
linkage arm.

'95 Grand Cherokee can't get 1st or OD in cold weather. by
pawn
Hi:
I've been having trouble with not having first gear or OD until my 1995
Jeep Grand Cherokee really warms up.
This started last year, late in the cold season but went completely away
when things warmed up. Now it's back with a vengeance. I took it to a
tranny shop and they said their was...

'95 Jeep Grand Cherokee gas door latch by
[email protected]
Hoping someone can help me. I have a '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the
gas cap door latch recently broke. The cable is still attached, it's
just the little "piston" that retracts that literally broke off. I'm
thinking it can't be THAT complicated to replace, although I have no
auto mechanic...

'95 Jeep Grand Cherokee: A followup. by
pawn, loathesome, credible
If anyone's interested.
History: Had to pull off the highway last week in subzero temps due to
overheating. Put coolant in reservoir (wish I had put it in the rad as
well), and tested vehicle again, this time rapidly overheating to point
of dieseling and stall and suspected blown head gasket.
A...

'95 Lebarron; Do I need to remove the caliper to change the brake pads. by
mm
Thanks Steve,
Do I have to remove the caliper on a '95 LeBaron in order to change
the brake pads?
A friend tells me that there is usually no need to remove the caliper
to replace the brake pads. The shop manual said to on the earlier
LeBaron, but I know the shop manual sometimes makes things...

'95 LHS AC auto temp control by

OK - '95 LHS, 118,000 miles. compressor was replaced about 3 years ago
and that's the only problem I've ever had with the AC.
It can still make ice cubes.....but recently has a new quirk.
Apparently, the auto temp control takes its cues from the same...

I have a '95 Town and Country and it has developed a mysterious problem.
When I run the AC and drive at the same time the engine will occassionally

If I dont have the AC on the car runs just fine.
If I have the AC on and leave the car stationary it runs just fine (and the

'95 Talon unexpected rust problem by

My '95 Eagle Talon has alot of rust around the right front strut tower,
such that the upper part of the 'A' arm is no longer attached to the
car. Every repairman I've talked to said driving on it was "dangerous"
and fixing it would take a lot of time (which equals expensive). The
car is in great...

'95 Voyager 4-spd - groaning noise by

My wife's '95 Voyager (3.0L, 4 spd auto) has started making a groaning
noise when accelerating from a dead stop. If you accelerate VERY
gently, it doesn't do it. If you accelerate normally, it does do it.
Oh, and it doesn't seem to do it when the van is cold. The van has
about 119,000 miles. The...

'96 6-cyl. Stratus starting problem by
Percival P. Cassidy[_2_]
Over the last few months our 1996 V-6 Stratus ES has occasionally been
difficult to start after standing for an hour or two (but never after
standing overnight, IIRC). The engine cranks over at full speed, but it
does not "catch." After leaving it alone for a while, however, it will
then start...

'96 Caravan stalls! by
David Watts
Hello. When driving at highway speeds, this vehicle starts to
"sputter" and eventually dies. After about a half hour it restarts and
may not do this again for weeks. We had it checked and there were no
engine codes presenting a problem.
It's a 3.0 liter with 162,000 miles.
Thanks,
