97 Accord starting problem by [email protected]
This feels like a solenoid or relay issue: Turn the key, you hear an electrical click, but no starter motor. Turn the key off and on several times, and eventually, the starter motor fires up, and goes. Lights don't dim down as you might expect with a poor connection on the battery; battery is...

1990 Honda accord doesn't start when hot by Ivan[_6_]
My old 1990 honda accord got a problem again. This baby can't be started after I drive it for a while, but it can be jumped up at the same time it failed to start by itself. If I leave it alone for a couple of hours, it can be started again. Also the gas gauge (or meter) is telling the wrong thing....

alignment required when replacing a bad strut? by [email protected]
I have 200K on my 1997 Accord. With 30,000 miles on a set of 4 new Monroe Sensatrac struts, one of them (rear drivers side) is leaking bad and needs to be replaced. Is it necessary to have an alignment done in this situation? Thanks

Hello, I am was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the Tiburon GT vs the Civic Si coupe. I owned civic ex's up to 2002, but never drove the si. I also drove the Tiburon 2005 (non gt model). I found the Civic ex's to be good cars in general and the Tiburon to have a throaty exhaust, have...

Still the '90 Civic by Zakatak
Hey there, I am still having the same problem with my civic and can not figure it out. When the car is cold, it acts OK for a short while. A little driving quickly brings the problem back. The car will spit and sputter and have severe power loss. Sometimes once it is over 3000 rpm it will kick...

No brakes shortly after half-axle replacement by Seraphim
I have a 1990 manual transmission Honda Accord. I recently (2-3 weeks ago) had the drivers side front half-axle replaced after the outer CV joint failed. Tonight, while driving home I applied my breaks and began making a turn to the left, when a loud bang came from the front, what I thought was the...
