An update,that noise-humming I heard the last 4 weeks was the pass.side wheel bearing going!,after the replacement-under warrenty-the tire noise was barely noticable-go figure,32K on my 03 Ion.

How do you know if you have to have your wheel alignment checked? When I make sharp turns in a parking lot the tires make a lot of noise as if they are pulling across the pavement or something.
