help with range rover by
sheba2
Can anyone offer advice or help. We bought a P reg 2.5dse RR last year. It
has been a nightmare with so much going wrong. The latest thing is the
main computer. We have been quoted £1000 to replace. Does anyone know
whether the computer can be fixed or do we need to buy a new one.

Jeep Serpinteen Belt by
cover
I've posted a pic of a serpentine belt we removed after only being on
a week from a '92 Jeep. Not sure if it's a case of just super old
material (on the store rack for 2 years) or what that caused it to
fray and break. Couldn't find any obvious problem with bearings or
pulleys as a possible cause...

2000 Bravada question about changing locking rear axle oil by
[email protected]
I have a 2000 Bravada that has the "hopping" problem during slow speed
turns such as parking lots, etc. The transfer case fluid has been
changed twice in 2.5 years, the last time being a year ago using the
recommended GM fluid. The hopping has gotten worse and a GM dealer
told me since I have a...

Hi Guys I recently bought a 1998 Suzuki Samurai, and I was wondering where

Back in the 1960-1970's you could purchase these at Dick Cepek's shop to
commorate successful completion of a trip down Baja' in-famous Highway # 1.
Does anyone know if or where these are being sold now?

older compact PU? by
[email protected]
I'm getting rid of my sedan for a pickup. I'm trying to keep myself
in the $3K range. I will likely put a cap on the truck (to keep my
bikes dry) and use it on road 95% of it's life, as my commute is
nearly 100mi/day.
I believe I need an extended cab, since I don't want to be forced to
sit...

1986 Jeep pickup by

Hoping that someone will have some info for my son who recently received a
vehicle from his grandmother and is trying to fix it up. It has a slight
wiring problem... when you try to start the pickup the horn honks. Is it
improper to request a wiring schematic for this vehicle? He doesn't...

1989 Cherokee...what should I check by
Richard Smith
Ok Here's my story...
Bought a 1989 XJ for $700.00 so I expected problems and am not
complaining.
Day after I got it, the clutch went out. I took it to my friendly
firestone shop who put in a new clutch and a new radiator (the old
radiator had a broken neck where the hose hooked into it)
