Windstar fogging windows by golden oldie
I tokk my Windstar to have the fogging window problem checked. Turns out the cabin air filter was very dirty and needed changing. Not something I even considered. When I was still working, 15 years, lowly Fords didn't have such "accessories". Amazing how much more air the heater produces now...

Weird brake noise by John61
It's my 2001 Impala, 70K. When braking, I can hear kinda "bell ring" noise, like a jack hammer is working somewhere far away. The harder the brake is applied, the louder the noise. When car windows all closed, I can hardly hear it. What could be wrong? Thanks. John

part time AWD with manual shift? by james
Are there any cars with part-time AWD -- or more accurately "momentary AWD" like the toyota rav4, or honda cr-v but with manual shift? I currently have an all-time AWD car (a subaru). I enjoy the sure-footedness on slick road and on ocassional snow. But there are several things I don't like: -...

I have about a dozen or so brand new driver and passenger side airbags for late 90's & early 00's Chrysler cars and trucks that I would like to put up on Ebay. Is this the breaks? by [email protected]
2003 s-10 chevy blazer. I'm trying to figure out if I need a break job. I don't think I've ever had one. Here's what happens. If I drive the car for more than 30 minutes, while driving at low speeds in the city, I feel some resistance at select points of the wheels rotating even while not...
