Murky pond water

I don't think there is any disagreement whatsoever. If you don't know where
it should be applied, you better not be near a pond! Now, if your question meant while standing in the pond, well, that would be different. I'm gonna go check it out. Murky pond water
Green water, murky water, clear water, got a pond or fish problem....?
CHECK YOUR WATER QUALITY! Sorry for yelling, I'm just a frustrated KHA ;o) Green water means you have a water quality problem. You can get rid of the green with a UV, but it won't fix the water quality, poor water quality will equal sick fish over time. ~ jan See my ponds and filter design: http://users.owt.com/jjspond/ ~Keep 'em Wet!~ Tri-Cities WA Zone 7a To e-mail see website |

Not necessarily a problem for koi always... could just be higher phosphates alone. jay Fri May 28, 2004 You can get rid of the green with a UV, but it won't fix the water quality, poor water quality will equal sick fish over time. ~ jan See my ponds and filter design: http://users.owt.com/jjspond/ ~Keep 'em Wet!~ Tri-Cities WA Zone 7a To e-mail see website |

All those readings excellent, then we go back to patience or, for the less patient, UV. ;o) ~ jan (Do you know where your water quality is?) |
