How about sending your complaints to microsoft. The problem stems from
a bad security model that allows someone to start a program on your
machine without you thinking about it (cliking on message).

In the meantime, munging your email will help a lot. I don't have very
many messages. Something like 10, and my spam filter caught all of them.

I think the culprit should be locked up in a jail cell, with a computer
connected to en email server
that only has 2 programs installed" a "MAILER" program that continually
sends him some of his
own style emails. And a spamfiltering program. The Kicker is that since
the server keeps changing
the "FROM" address and parts of the "BODY" he would have to continually
type in new filters, at an
ever increasing rate. If he can not keep up, which he won't be able to,
he will receive and electric shock
(ie. Like p##ing on an electric cattle fence.)

If anybody uses Mailwasher or Mailwasher Pro I created 2 filters that
seem to catch so far, all of the
Microsoft spam we have been dealing with today. Screenshots can be seen at:

http://ourkoipond.com/MailWasher.htm

You might want to see a fews self portraits of the "clayman". I figured
I would try to get some of the
Marginal area of my new pond dug before Isabel added more water to the 2
feet I already had in one section
of the pond. Well, need I say, I slipped, and came out of the pond,
looking a little bit different than when I started.

Koi, may like a clay pond, but I definitly don't!!!

Yup, one more vote here to start using Mailwasher folks.

It's an absolute livesaver and you can forever stop downloading mails you
know are bogus anyway.

The only difference between the free and the Pro version is:
The Pro version supports unlimited email accounts, it looks
a little prettier and does not have the usual advertising banner.

ps. If anybody uses the filters I posted, there is on small change, on
the (1) microsoft
under the action catagory Uncheck the box labeled: Do not display this
email in the list.

The filters have caught every email that has gotten past my ISP since
yesterday.
There are conciderably less today than yesterday.
