Which model(s)???

I have a 93 Ford Mustang GT...

Using on-line and in-print changeover manuals, I can determine which model
years have the same parts as my 93, but...

How can I determine which other models have the same parts???

The reason for knowing this is that V8s are hard to find in any boneyard.

Here is want I found...

1. Many parts on the 90-93 Mustang are the same as on the Capri

2. Many parts on the 302 engines cross model lines

3. Tim, the Mustang Guy, (www.PonyPerformance.com or is
always willing to help one-on-one.

4. The Hollander Manual is another excellent resource

Good luck!

Steve

Caution here... the '79-86 Capri is a whole different animal from that FWD
convertible Miata looking thing they also called a Capri in the early to mid
90s.

Also, the 90-93 Mustang shares very little with any Capri except maybe the
'86. Everything older was carbureted and the body parts aren't quite the
same, save for the doors. The Capris have more in common with their
like-yeared Mustang brethren.

True, but keep in mind that there is an HO and a non-HO 302. The HO sports
some different components and the 351W firing order, while the non-HO,
common in trucks and the Grand Marquis/Crown Vic cars, have the older 302
firing order.
