Missing anything?
I just stuck a LR into my tank and the Ammonia levels have shot up and I
imagine Nitrite will shoot up soon too for the curing process...Other than watching the salinity, what do I have to check to make sure the live rock doesn't die? I have checked the PH as well and it's at 8.0. Thanks, Dave |

Sounds like it was uncured. Just test Ammonia Nitrite and Nitrate.
When the first two are '0', your tank is safe for more livestock. Your rock should be fine.
