what do you feed your mbuna?

Hi,

Looking for some alternatives to feed my mbuna (mainly p. zebra). I
predomantly use nutrafin flake but would like to vary it with pellet &
fresh.

I have tried the nutrafin spirulina sticks but my fish didn't fancy it!

tia sky.

All my fish (Cichlids and Characins) love sun-dried shrimp.

This stuff seemed to be good for them, they loved to eat it too.
