regal tang This fish will destroy your plant eating it as a snack. Normal fluorescence lights should be enough... And much better than stronger light but with nipping. |

This fish will destroy your plant eating it as a snack. What fish? I havent been able to find any. Normal fluorescence lights should be enough... And much better than stronger light but with nipping. It will live under normal lighting, but really grows fast with some 400 halides ;) |

This fish will destroy your plant eating it as a snack. What fish? I havent been able to find any. I have left the fish name in the quotation: regal tang (hepatus tang). I have this fish in my tank and it eats Halimeda like crazy. It will live under normal lighting, but really grows fast with some 400 halides ;) I am not sure if we want calcareous algae growing like crazy in our tanks... This could lead to calcium deficiencies if not watched precisely. |
