Electric Blue

I'm writing to ask for any advice about breeding an electric blue african. I
have one and have been told it's a male because of it's bright coloring and
egg spot. How do you tell the difference between males and females and
what if any special conditions are required to breed them. Thank you for
the help.

Females are dull brown and a bit smaller than males. If you have a
healthy pair or trio and good conditions they will breed.
