Instant Ocean question

Is there a website that has the amounts needed to mix up Instant Ocean? My
friend gave me some in a can, but it doesn't have the mixing instructions,
and now he is out of town.

Thanks.

Sarah

The salt should not be added immediately to the tank with live fish/corals
either, mix in a bucket and let it sit for several hours before adding to
tank with live inhabitants.
