Sick Fish

Hello,
I have pearl gourami that has a big red lump on his upper lip. He also
has a red lump on each of his sides. I am not sure what to do. I do 25
percent water changes every other week. It is a 55 gallon tank with the
following fish in it:

2 pearl gouramis
2 golden platies
3 serpae tetras
3 ghost shrimp
2 zebra danios
2 mini crabs
1 apple snail

I have a fluval 404 filter. I have had the tank setup for a couple of
months now. The water parameters look OK. I test them once a week. Do
you have any ideas?

Thanks,
Kent

Could be parasitic by the sound of it.

Meds will fix it.
