when to add Cycle, Stress-coat, Pima Fix, Mela-fix ?

I just changes two thirds of the water in my aquarium. I added Cycle
and stress-coat. How long should I wait before adding Mela-Fix and
Pima-fix?

And should Mela-Fix and Pima-fix be used as preventative treatment?

Why do you need to add all that to your tank when you have only changed your water?

Add them right away if your fish are sick or if they are stressed and
you have a reason to think they may develop an infection. Do not use
them at all if your fish are well. The best preventative treatment for
fish is clean water.
