Kent VS. MIRACLE MUD

Anyone have a comment on Kent MARINE BIOSEDIMENT vs. MIRACLE MUD for a
refugium?

I've seen some comments that Miracle Mud has a high content of "terrestial"
components.

I use Kent as the DSB in my refugium and have nitrates = .1 ppm
Critters inhabit it well also..
