any good books on the construction of...
sumps and refugiums?
Ive had my tank running for 18 mos. and now yearn to learn more on the reasons and purposes behind the different sump designs. I see alot of plans and sytems that others have designed, but would like a good source book describing the different chamber processes and such. Presently I have a bio-wheel system which overflows into a secondary chamber where the skimmer and return pump are located. I'd like to learn the science behind the systems before jumping into modifying what I have or starting over. thanks, Paul S. P.S. my book library contains: the Birgit Nielson vol.2 and 3. (hoping for vol 1 for x-mas) one of Sprungs coral guides and a couple of other starter books. |
