That which you make yourself; it exactly matches the difference
between what your water is and what you want it to be. What's
your water like coming out of the tap?

If all you know is "wet" then call the local water board and
find out hardness, alkalinoity, nitrates and phospates then let
us know and we'll tell you which $4 bag of powder you need to
add to a bit of distiled water to make "the best" (ie
exactly correct) fertilizer.
