Regal Tangs Feeding

What is your favorite food to feed the Regal Blue Tang. I have mine for
about a week and have been feeding it:

1. Seaweed Select
2. Formula Two
3: Mysis and Brine: Frozen

Along with other fish.
It is not eating as well as I would like it to. Has nearly gotten over "shy"
period in tank.

Help would be appreciated...

Thanks

Mine is getting crazy over "nori" sheets I got from Japanese food store.
It learned to pick pieces of nori from the water surface so I do not
bother with using any clips and holding it to the glass... I just make sure
I tear nori into small spaghetti strips before I put it into the tank.
Other than that, it eats all other foods, not a picky eater at all...

I give mine Emerald Entree a lot, but flake seems preferred. Also, he likes
every type of caulerpa I have tried. Nori is fine, but live algae can be
left in the tank until it is eaten.

Something else to keep in mind is that these fish seem especially sensitive
to temperature changes. I try to keep mine from swinging more than 2F in a
day.
