Quaratine Tank set up
 

I am setting up a 10 gallon quarantine tank. I bought a Penguin Mini
Power filter w/bio-wheel. My question is this. Did I make a mistake
getting the Bio- wheel.. For Example, I buy a fish and during
quaratine it turns out to be sick and dies. Will the Bio-Wheel have to
be replaced? Any help deeply appreciated. Just starting in SW.

not really there are cheaper ways, but this is effective.

no but it might have to be really cleaned(bleached) and re-started though it would be odd.

this is the time to learn what a fish-less cycle is, they do great on unused bio wheels
you can search groups.google.com for plenty of info on fish-less cycling
