Solomon, in the book of proverbs with regard to [concerning] people
they meet on the internet and in chat rooms.

Proverbs 15:14

"The discerning heart seeks knowledge, but the mouth of a fool feeds on
folly."

"Folly delights a man who lacks judgement, but a man of understanding
keeps a straight course."

bearing in mind some person could be addicted (could be a waste of
time, causes grades to fall at school/productivity to suffer at the
workplace] to speaking to someone else who may be a couple of

other side[s] then serious trouble could result. [including
kidnap/things too horrible to describe].

your email address, so don't disclose that. Also many chat rooms
provide the facility for a hacker to break into your computer without a
password and take files (either delete, move or copy) to his own
computer. This could be your address book both physical in the real
world, or email. Also could include credit card details that your
parent(s) have inputted into a secure site. It could include your
address and telephone number, all by the hacker accessing your computer
and copying files. All they need is a number [IP address] which is
broadcast across the internet when such activities as using chat rooms
are performed. Even confidential patient information e.g. if your
parent(S) were nurses/doctors e.t.c. could be transferred in addition
to secret business plans for a new product or company accounts while
they are confidential [could be transferred].
