R/O unit and bar

Long story but basically I want to know what bar is. I need to buy a
booster pump for my R/O unit and the only measurement for water pressure
required in the documentation and during my online searching is 3 bar
minimum. I thought there was a psi in the info when I bought it but I
can't find mention of it now. What does this bar mean?

It is a unit of pressure. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar_%28unit%29
will explain it, and has conversion tables. Or, use google as a
calculator, IE, go to google, and punch in 3 bar to psi.

That's cool that google does that. I didn't realize that
they did.

Also check out http://onlineconversion.com
It's really great for converting all kinds of things.

Google's built in calculator is one of my favorite features on Google,
I use it all the time. I have yet to find any units of measure for
anything that it will not convert.

Would that be 1/100 of a woman to 1/10 of a woman? :-)

Coffee is only a way of stealing time that should by rights belong to
your slightly older self.

So it is. I thought you were just trying to be silly. Guess you learn
