Nutrafin (Hagen) Master Test Kit - any good?
Hi
I'm going to get a 'proper' test kit for my freshwater tropical tank. Has anyone got any comments on the Nutrafin Master Test Kit, or other recommendations please. Many thanks Pete |

What sort of fish do you keep
I have bloody hundreds of tests here and I still really only use the ammonia/nitrite/nitrate kits on a regular basis sure the odd iron one on a planted or kh on a marine or phosphate on a pond but really I'd make sure it had those three and if it works out cheaper to get them in a kit then cool but yea can't really reccomend hagen tis a cool case tho "Pete" wrote in message ... Many thanks Pete I have one. I test weekly using it. I have compared results with samples given to my local pet shop. They are always exactly the same. Rob gives it two thumbs up. Rob. |

Thanks Guys - I got the test kit a while ago. It's fine, but
interpreting the subtle colour shades is another matter. I've since switched to Tom Barr's EI dosing method, so no need for test kits and the tank look amazing....
