Freshwater blue lobster

I have a blue freshwater lobster. I have had it about a year, and
during this time it has molted twice. During the last molt it lost one
claw. Will it grow back another claw in the future, or not?

I recall in the past I had another lobster, that during a molt came out
with no legs, and died thereafter. Do freshwater lobsters need low
levels of iodine in the water like sal****er crabs, and shellfish need
for successful molting?

I can't help you about the right water conditions for moulting I have a
fresh water cray and the claw will eventually grow back though.

I find that a good feed of aquatic snails helps mine prepare for the moult
but check out the link.
