Salifert KH test kit question

I just bought a Salifert KH test kit and have serious problems understanding
the readings.
When adding the KH solution drop by drop, the whole syringe is empty and no
color change. It changes after an addittional .1 mL.
Now, will this be a reading of 0 on my chart which puts my dKH at 16 or 98
which will be the oppossite?

You've gone "off the end" of the chart and need to add 16dKh to the
"additional" reading, so your dKh is 17.6, which is worryingly high.

That's what I suspected. Not only that, because of the confussion, I added
more NaCO3 but it should not be a problem. High KH will not affect the
other parameters.
It only acts as a buffer but I will keep it in check.
Thanks!
