I had one that went totally beserk......tore up a nice yellow
toadstool leather, ripped up and shreded over 2 dozen shrooms,
andliterally battered my nice big stand of pulzing zenia to a mushy
pulp. Also went crazy in my basketball size tubipora Musica and I have
hundreds of broken off polyps allover my tanks bottom.
He also liked to wallow around the sand especially around any corals
etc that were growing out of the sand bed itself. I just got tired of
having to always redo the corals and clean off the sand he was always
stirring up.

My other tanks the clows have always battered frogspawn and torch
corals as well as my shrooms but not as bad as the other clown did.
All were common percula clowns. So out they went.....I posted about
them on another web based forum and there were all adopted by a few
folks in the area almost imediately.

The one that always did the most damage and destruction must have just
snapped out. All other fish in the tanks are perfectly normal,
probably more relaxed now since the trouble makers have been removed.

I forgot more about ponds and koi than I'll ever know!

I find it faster and simpler to take some nori, a bit of rice, and make
"nemo rolls". My kids love 'em.

Speaking of which, where can one mail order Nori?

Are you not from Georgia? No need to mail order it. Odds are its in
town at the nearest oriental market, or in places like World Bazzar
etc., or possibly in your own grocery store. Here in town they sell 12
sheets of NORI 10 x 12 or so in size for less than a dollar. Same
stuff in 6 sheets of approx 4" x 10 inches in lfs is like $5.99

Its really pretty common and I have seen it in Wally World already in
the oriental food section, as well as in the seafood section.

Or if I was on propper terms with the idiots that posted all that mess
the other day I could probably have borrowed some prozac from
them...but then again they were probably in more need of all the
prozac they could get their hands on.

You could try an anti-psychotic in the water. g

NE Florida.

Already checked, and no luck. I do occasionally get into Jacksonville,
but so far, google has been wrong about oriental food store locations.
I'll call ahead on my next trip.

Its really pretty common and I have seen it in Wally World already in
the oriental food section, as well as in the seafood section.

Hm, oriental food section....maybe. Already checked the meager seafood
selection.

NE Florida...I knew that.....you told me before. My mind is slipping I
guess........been a long day!

I wuld have figured most any town no matter hwatb size it is
especially along any coastala area would have at least one oriental
food store.....Heck there must be 30 of them here in landlocked
montgomery area.

Oh..... lots of natural / health food stores also sell Nori, so theres
yet a few more places you can check. YOu can always call a oriental
food place and see where they g et it or maybe even ask if they would
sell you some. I bet most any of them will tell you where they get
it or even sell you some.

That BBQ place sounds like "Jakes" here in town. It utilized one wall
of an existing metal building so the dude only had to build what was
more or less a lean to type building, with no space to set down and
eat.take out only. His wood is strewn around the local ABC stores
parking lot, along with a splitting maul where he leaves it when
finished as wellas a gas powered log splitter which is never copvered
up and always exposed tothe rain. I do not think they floor has ever
been swept or mopped. ON the long wall of his place its a common wall
to a tire dealer......he has a outside brick lined pit with metal roof
.. ONe look at ther place you would back on out theparking lot roof and
go to Hardees.....but if you can get past the looks of the place and
the owner its the best BBQ you could ever ask for.
Its not uncommon to find him sleeping there as he makes BBQ 24/7/365
He also has a good selectio of his secret recipe sauces and some super
french fried potatoe planks with a secret seasoning as well. He does
Carolina type as well as Alabama type BBQ.both are fantastic.

I know the place. I'll drop by tomorrow.

Around these parts, we just have tasteless BBQ and burgers. (I
exaggerate, but not by much. BBQ, to me, needs to so hot it waters your
eyes, and even better if restaurant has lead based paint peeling off the
walls. Now that's BBQ!)
