cleaning my filter
 

Hi I was just wondering if anyone can help me?? I have recently bought
a second hand1000 litre fish tank with with cichlids. The filter is a
canister Aqua One 2400. My problem is I can't open the filter to clean
it. The pressure is too strong. There were no instructions provided
and my tank is deteriorating - HELP
