goldfish swimming in circles
 

Can anybody pls help? I hav 2 goldfish in my 60 gallon tank. 1 of my fish is
fine but the other 1 keeps swimming round in cirles and swimmin on its side?
Its only started swimmin in circles the past 2 days. It has not growths or
lumps & its still feeding. I think the other fish might be bullying it
sometimes? I just dont know wot 2 do??

Pls help me???
