Fantials in Pond (Winter)
I have a small goldfish pond in my backyard in central Florida (zone 9). I
have Ryukins, Koi, and Shabunkins. I know the koi will be fine in the Winter (water temp probably won't get below about 40-45F at the coldest)... but what about the ryukins and the shabunkins? Anything special I need to do for them? --NIK |

And make sure you protect them from herons and other predators outside. |

Does it get cold enough in central FL for ice to form? =================== Probably not but others living further north may be reading the group. |
