Fishing for Cichlids
 

I need to cull a few Mbuna cichlids from my 55 gallon aquarium, but
they are faster than me. Would someone kindly give me some tips on
how to catch these fish without terrorizing the whole aquarium?

I've tried using two nets and bait, but have not yet resorted to
removing the rocks. What works?

I found netting them whilst they are asleep sometimes works.
Leave them in the dark for a couple of hours, get your nets handy and then
switch on the lights.
Sometimes they are just sitting on the bottom and can be caught easily
before they wake up properly.

Your stuffed if the fish you want are amongst the rocks though.
