Broken ornament, super glue OK in tank?

i'd advise against it - just get a new ornament

Broke an ornament cleaning my tank. Normally I would fix something like
this with super glue. Is that OK to use in a freshwater goldfish tank?

I thought glue was toxic

I have always used GE clear silicone sealer to hold coral together in
sal****er tanks. I don't think super glue will last long under water
especially on ceramic. Allow extra time for curing before putting it
back in tank. Silicone caulk gives off ammonia while curing.
