What kind of yeast do you use in a home CO2 generater?

Can I use "Ridex"

any yeast will probably work.... some may work better than others. I've
never been able to tell the difference.

When I was doing the DIY thing, I used both Fleischmann's and Red Star
yeast. I didn't notice one outproducing the other... Any "live" yeast
should work equally well.
