Is this a new news group? My ISP doesn't have it. If it has been around I

it's been around for as long as I know.... I had to fight with my ISP for a
week to get it, but that was 3 years or so ago...

Is this a new news group? My ISP doesn't have it. If it has been
around I will try and get Verizon to add it.
