How can I get some contact with breeders (not commercial) for
Bristol-Shubunkin?

Try the following link to the Bristol Aquarist's Society and ask them to put
you in touch with private breeders.
That organisation sets the standard, you wont go far wrong asking them.
You'll probably have to travel to the UK though!
