Unidentified fuzzy sacks on my star polyps

I have these all over my tank, the only place they won't grow (as already
mentioned) is in the MH light umbrella (and my 24/7 lit sump!)

They seem to be harmless but if you do notice the smothering...

Just had my order filled. it looks nice but there seems to be some receding
of the tissue mat around the end of the skeleton and a bit of
transport/bagging damage to some of the polyps :-( does...
