In a 10g tank that densely populated, wouldn't the odds of any fry surviving
be minimal?

That's what I thought too :-). But 4 managed to hide among the plants
till they were too big to be eaten :-).

Even if you get two, make sure they're the same sex. Preferably male,
as females have the ability to "store" sperm for future use :-).
