I didn't know what it was until I looked it up. It is definitely a hagen
powerhead. It is an old model, but looks just like this one:

I say that only because when I bought it, it was about $90. But this one
looks a lot like mine. It has reversible flow, and pumps a lot of water.
When I first bought it, I was raising tilapias. When I would clean the
tank and gravel, the new water would be cloudy from cleaning the gravel,
but this pump, used on the freshwater undergravel filter I had at the
time, would clear the water in about 30 minutes. I use it now to add to
the movement of water in my reef tank. It has been a great pump. I've had
others that have failed, but this one just keeps on pumping, 15 years and
counting now.
