We bought a flame angel, redlip blenny, and a number of inverts from
SWF.com. Couldn't be happier. Everything arrived alive and as promised.
The FedEx package was held for pickup at the local fedex warehouse as
requested. Everything is still alive a year later; it went perfectly. (The
flame angel was the most delicate item in the order, so this isn't your most
strenuous test, but we were very pleased.) From talking with other people,
it sounds like everywhere (even SWF.com) has problems occasionally, but they
are rare. I can't tell you much about customer support as we didn't use it.
