In Los Angeles, there is an LFS (in the city of glendale to be specific)
that provides monthly maintenance at $50 a trip (people usually get once a
month). They charge the same for SW or FW tanks. The charge a 5% fee on
items they deliver (if you need supplies, they charge 5% to get it to you on
the trip).
