Is anyone else having problems viewing posts? I see more post when I go
through google groups, then through my outlook express.



There is no central repository for Usenet, it is always streaming across
hundreds of backbone networks and ISP's suck it down to their servers.
Some backwoods ISP's don't download all of it because of attitude or
lack of modern equipment. My ISP does not have *any* of the Binaries
groups.
