Okay. I am now trying to get Blaze and Sweetie to spawn. I've had one
time failed, due to him being a little too aggressive. Now, he's been
in complete isolation, and seems a little nicer. He has blown a bubble
nest, and I am thinking he is confused. I put a sty half cup in for a
place to put those bubbles, and he made the nest right next to the
outside...............

Try a bright yellow plastic can lid. When I had a male and female betta they
always tried to spawn under it. The male would always build bubble nets so
the bubbles were under the floating yellow can lid (plastic) and he made
bubble nests under it often. I have read in betta specific books/pamphlets
that male bettas are especially attracted to the color bright yellow for
building their bubble nests under. Good luck and thanks for the updates!

When I mail ordered him, did he get brain
damaged during shipping? Goofy fish. Hopefully, he will spawn this
