I have bolivian rams, gold rams, angels, corys, and swordtails in a 58
gallon tanks.
I have 8 bolivian rams which I believe are 4 males and 4 females. 2 pairs
have spawned.
If you want them to spawn you might want to add some black water extract to
the water and have a ph
between 6.4-7pm and temps around 84. Thats has worked for me. Rams are only
territorial when they spawned but they willnot harm others.

In my soon to be 29 gallon Angelfish tank, how would a pair of
Bolivian Rams coincide with a pair of German Blue Rams?

Also, I plan on having Clown Loaches as well.

I envy you for being able to keep the Blues. I tried twice but
couldn't maintain the water quality they require.

I have three Bolivians and they are absolutely gorgeous and peaceful
with my keyholes, yellow lab and tetras.

I would say yes but have no first hand experience with that exact
combination. Both Rams are peaceful in their own right.

Clowns? - don't know.
