I would check water parameters first off, if possible isolate the fish
in a QT setup. Net the fish and dab the area with iodine or PP paste,
and feed it some medicated feed, and do daily water changes. Most
times just good quality water is sufficient to turn things areound,
but sometimes they do need a bit of help and antibiotics give them a
boost. Somehow I have a feeling your water paramters are off.....Too
much mulm and junk in the ponds bottom can also cause this.
