Only got about a 2 feet of fish, a large lilly & some oxyginators.

I'm not a huge fan of chemicals & although my smaller pond is crystal
clear, it's packed full of plants.

Question is - how long should I expect to wait for the water to start
clearing.

From your description, I'm not expecting it to last long. Pack this one
