I've got a reef devil. You get the pump separately. It works great, and is
quiet. When mine starts splashing, I know to add water to the sump. Its
pretty silent if I keep the water along the level of the outlet.

I have an Aqua C Remora Pro which isn't so bad but to have 2 of them
in the living room will drive me nuts.
Can anyone recommend one that is more quiet but still works well?
