Just purchased some livestock from them about a week ago. Not a huge
selection but nice items. One of the bags to the shaving brush plants I
purchased leaked and lost all the water out. The plants didn't look good.
The company when I called them and told them was great. Refunded the money.
They are overlooked by Dr Foster and Smith (Live Aquaria) now and run by
their policys. I would order again from them.

Thanks for the links. However, to be fair, it's been more than five years
since those postings (if the dates shown by Google are correct) and the
company has [apparently] changed hands. Perhaps their business practices
have improved?

If anyone has had recent issues with this company please feel free to
reply here, as I'm getting ready to place my order for live rock, and then
for a cleanup crew in late January.
