Default redhair algae

i'm gettin the exact same algae growth.

I believe it's cyano algae it develops into a light film when i turn off my
circulation to feed the fish. My tank has been setup for about a year and a
half now and i have just started seeing this for a few weeks. I have done a
water change once a week right now and it seems like there's less, but I'm
not quite too sure. I could use the same help with this problem

It recedes in the evening and is only a red spot on the rock but, in the
day time it is fine hair like the longest pieces about 1" blowing in the
current.

That is hard to tell... it could be some green hair algae that is dying

off, or
some cyano bacteria that is blowing in the current. Do you have any

more of it,
where you can take a picture of it? Maybe rip of a piece of it and put

it on a
white paper towel, then take a picture.
