Hello All

I have an 95 gallon Oceanic tank with a trickle filter.
I would like to set it up fish only.
What to do? How should I go with the filter system?
How much live rock?
Is lighting needed for live rock?
I've read about the bio balls putting nitrates in the tank so I'm confused
about the trickle filter.
Any insight is well appriciated.
