The Second List is all of the fish permitted and the ONLY
fish permitted to be imported by the Pet Industry or
anyone else.

I think we just had luck! The period of time when our Green
Party were in the Federal Government they tried (but
failed!) to implement a "Positive List" of only 60 easy to
keep pet fish. Thanks.
