You can stay in a trailer-court (not all are dumps full of trashy
people) or put it on a piece of land which will grow in value as
time passes. That's what my old friend is looking into now.

===========
We (husband, me and the boys, mom & step-dad, if we can get them to
come) will be moving back down in a few years, we thought about the
double wide MH but we lived through a few big hurricanes (Andrew
being one) so my husband said no way, however Naples don't get hit
quite as often for some reason,

Living in Fla poses the threat of hurricanes, so I would suggest either
central or the west side of Fla. I know an elderly woman in Fla and she
said they, on the gulf side, don't get the severe storms the east side of
Fla gets. But now she's in her late 80s so.....

my husband grew up in Iowa/Colorado
but moved toFl, Keys young so he had his share of them. My gram lives
about 5 min from the beach in Naples and has only got hit four (big)
times in the last 10-15 years. Me i like NC we go there often

I heard it's a beautiful state and has a nice climate. I've never been
there.

Naples is below ft myers, and yes its not as bad there, i miss it so much,
these winters in pittsburgh are hard, My youngest son Luke has asthma, along
with some other problems, he does good in summer and bad in winter, he had
got sick as a baby and now a cold will lead into us being at the hospital,
but in the summer he does great, which is one of the reasons we are thinking
about moving back, to make it better for him.

I tell my husband all the time me and luke want a pond, but the more i
think about it, it would be so much eaiser living down there, up here i
could only have it in the summer, my neighbor has one with about six
goldfish, she leaves them out all winter, my son tells me all the time mom
brake the ice and steel the fish, he feels bad for them, but i guess they
are fine they always are swimming come summer.
You know those big square containers you can get at walmart for 20$ they
hold about 40 gl maybe more if you get the bigger ones, could you use that
as an outdoor pond in the summer, what kind of filter would you need to use?
